CBL Announces Exciting Redevelopment Plans For Former Department Store
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
CBL Properties (NYSE:CBL) today confirmed details of its transformation
plan for Eastland Mall in Bloomington, IL. Global fashion retailer H&M
and popular fitness center Planet Fitness will join the center as part
of the redevelopment of the former JCPenney store. In addition to H&M
and Planet Fitness, Outback Steakhouse is also slated to join the
line-up at Eastland Mall.
