CBL Properties Anticipates Relisting on the NYSE Following Emergence From Chapter 11

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- CBL Properties (NYSE: CBL) today announced that following its planned emergence from the Chapter 11 restructuring process on November 1, 2021, the common stock of the newly reorganized company is expected to commence trading on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). CBL expects trading to commence November 2, 2021, under the symbol “CBL.”
